Notes: This ranch is located in the quiet Melody Lane subdivision. A narrow entry hall was remodeled to open up the central kitchen core, which is surrounded by a continuous great room. The massive built-in kitchen core features a weathered steel fireplace surround on the other side. The house was already expanded in a previous remodel, but the current remodel uses the same footprint. Next up is the back yard guest house and lounge area, go check out the plans!
