Sands East in Scottsdale

Chris Choffat writes: In addition to the townhomes pictured, the Sands East development also contains Fabulous Single family homes designed by E.T. Wright behind the townhomes. Sands East is also related to "Sands Scottsdale" on Scottsdale Road, and "Sands North" off of Indian Bend Rd.

I own one of the single family homes in Sands East. They range from 2,100 sf to 2,400 sf. Many, including mine, are being renovated and updated, but the original character and exterior look remains. There are still many original owners in the subdivision.

The Townhomes are also spectacular. Some are 3500 Sq Feet!
